In keeping with industry standards as set forth by the US Surgeon General during this COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, effective immediately, LCDP will be rescheduling all non-urgent or routine medical, dental, and behavioral health visits for at least the next 3 weeks. All routine transportation services previously offered by LCDP will also be rescheduled. In addition, all routine care visits for patients under 60 years of age are currently being rescheduled beginning the week of April 6, 2020, and patients over 60 years of age are currently not being rescheduled until at least May 1, 2020.

** WE ARE NOT CLOSING, WE ARE JUST CHANGING THE WAY THAT WE DO BUSINESS IN ORDER TO MORE EFFECTIVELY PREPARE FOR THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC **

Starting Monday, March 16th, our staff will begin calling patients to cancel appointments and to determine if there are any pressing medical issues such as prescription refills that can be handled remotely or via telephone. We will also be working to implement telephone and telehealth video visits to continue providing exceptional medical care to our community. Thank you for your understanding, as it will take a coordinated effort on the part of all community members to combat this virus.
